- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We partner with reliable Australian couriers, including Australia Post, and others depending on your location and the item’s size/weight.
2.4 Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders — check our homepage or promotions page for updates.
2.5 International Shipping
At this time, StockOz ships only within Australia.

2.6 Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available, your parcel may be left in a safe location (if safe drop is selected) or taken to a local post office or courier depot for collection.
- If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, contact our support team. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

At Stockoz.com.au, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Our Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product you purchase:
- Is faulty or unsafe
- Is significantly different from the description or sample
- Doesn’t do what we said it would
- Is not of acceptable quality

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging (where possible).
- You must contact us before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Original packaging is not mandatory for returns related to faulty products, but helps us process returns faster.
- Return Shipping
- If your item is found to be faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is not due to a fault covered under the ACL, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Timeframes & Approvals
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If your return does not meet the conditions outlined above:
